Always Ask Questions-Ben SaariBovre

How can continually asking questions and whittling down to first principles deliver better answers?

Ben is currently a student in chiropractic school and he is fresh off of his first hands-on Integrative Diagnosis seminar. He shares his experience and takeaways from his first exposure to the ID system. Ben is in his second year of the doctorate program and he has already witnessed some of the conventional shortcomings taught at these institutions.

Ben’s background is strength and conditioning where he led that program at the University of North Dakota. He came from a barbell only background but as he continued his career in S&C he began to ask more and more questions. Were these movements the best for the athlete? Are there other movements and programming that would benefit my athletes more so? It was questions like those that led Ben to ID in a chiropractic world full of gimmicks.

We also get what he is doing to handle the stress and uncertainty that we are all living with today. He shares what you can do at home to help manage your anxiety levels and what he does to help with his own stress.
