Dr. Paul Nottoli of Vitality Soft Tissue is the second non-surgical low back and hip pain specialist in the midwest. He is a certified Integrative Diagnosis®️ (ID) provider specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of adhesion using Manual Adhesion Release®️ and Instrument Adhesion®️ Release.

Dr. Paul Nottoli began college at Alma College in Michigan and received a Bachelors of Science in exercise health science and was a varsity member of the Alma College Track & Cross Country Teams.

He then continued on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Nottoli enjoys running with the Dick Pond and doing CrossFit at CrossFit Oswego. He also enjoys traveling, scuba diving, reading and learning anything about tech and entrepreneurship. He also likes doing impression and thinks he is hilarious but most of the staff think otherwise.
