The Importance of Being Present-Dr. Matthew Ellerbrock
When a doctor of 20 years of clinical practice experiences first hand how the insurance system is degrading over the last two decades, he makes a conscious decision to increase his value and go against the grain. Part of that process is learning to be present and questioning prior beliefs.
Dr. Matthew Ellerbrock is a licensed Chiropractor serving the community since 1999 at Ellerbrock Soft Tissue and Spine. He is married to Crystal Ellerbrock, and has four children, Isabella, William, Maggie, and Thomas. He was born and raised in the Columbus Grove community, a 1992 graduate of Columbus Grove High School. Dr. Ellerbrock holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Miami University, attained in 1996. While at Miami he played club Rugby and represented the state of Ohio and the Midwest several times as a select side athlete. His education continued as he then attained Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1999 with Research Honors. While at Palmer, he was nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award. He was a scholarship Palmer Rugby Player and Past President of the Rugby Club. As a Chiropractor with over nineteen years experience, Dr. Ellerbrock is committed to promoting optimal function and pain relief of patients.
In 2017 he attained Diplomate status for Chiropractic Rehabilitation. It’s the highest level of specialization for a chiropractor in the field of soft tissue care and exercise rehabilitation. A life long learner, Dr. Ellerbrock continues to pursue clinical excellence by doing more than 20 times the required amount of continuing education in Ohio every year. His most important education has come through Integrative Diagnosis®️.
